What is an Owners Rep?
In a nutshell, the Owner's Rep controlls the design and development process, making sure that the Owner's best interests are part of every decision. Wilco Construction is versed in both design and construction, pulling from our varied experience to solve problems and offer creative solutions.
We will help control the overall coordination efforts between design team members, ensuring that the most important topic recieve the needed attention and resolution.
During the construction phase we will spend time on the construction site recognizing and resolving conflicts. As issues arise, Wilco Construction will explore all options, review the information and provide the owner with a concise set of options along with a recommended course of action.
